Most every host wants a special cocktail for their party, and I love to create ‘just the right’ concoction for the occasion. A recent host knew that many of her foodie guests would not be drinking alcohol that evening, so I used muddled tarragon to lend complexity to the featured non-alcoholic cocktail. And since the host’s residence is predominently yellow and red hues, I added pomegranate to the apple-based drink, for a memorable look and taste.
